This workshop is a combination of education, group therapy and support, self-care, fun, creative expression and development of an individualized recovery plan.

ACCOMMODATIONS

For females who want to stay overnight on Saturday, there are 2 beds, 3 pull out sofas and 5 air mattress--all made with nice linens.  The extra cost for this is ONLY $15., including breakfast! 

Because of the slumber party (lack of privacy) character of the accommodations, only females can stay overnight this time.  Males will have to find overnight accommodations elsewhere or commute to the workshop.

After registering, one of the workshop leaders will phone you for a free 15-30 minute telephone session to assess your whether this workshop is right for you at this time in your recovery.

Retreat Environment

Piccolo Pastures retreat is a lovely rural center located in Elk Grove, CA. There are walking trails, a labyrinth, meditation garden, rescue farm animals and plenty of places to find solitude or enjoy the companionship of other workshop attendees.

When you register, we will send you the address and directions to Piccolo Pastures.

Maggie  has been doing healing work as a Certified Massage Therapist since 1981.  Because of her advanced training & experience she assists her clients to come into a greater sense of peace and well being in their lives.

There will be time during mealtimes and breaks to have 15 minute, 30 minute or 1 hour massages.
