Couple's Therapy

Couples are seen together and occasionally one at a time. Most couples schedule 1½ hour appointments every two weeks, although some like to come weekly for 1 hour or 1½ hour sessions. *Less often is not recommended.

Linda primarily uses Imago Relationship Therapy, but has also been trained in other methods and employs them as appropriate to the couple. Other staff members use the Gottman approach as well as communication enhancement training.

All types of couples are welcome (heterosexual, gay, married, dating, live-ins).
