2. Use of extensive Intake Form and Life Script Survey.

 

Determination of Treatment, Support Needs and Referral

1. Inpatient Treatment
2. Intensive Outpatient Treatment
3. Outpatient Treatment in Sacramento area
4. Appropriate 12-Step program(s)
5. Psychiatrist or Psychologist for medication or additional mental health assessments
